PicoStocks

Launched on 24/12/2012, is a centralized exchange based in Marshall Islands. It supports crypto-to-crypto pairs. The exchange operates as a regular exchange but is maintained with the goal of adopting projects that use the Enterprise Service Chain (ESC: https://github.com/picostocks/esc). The objective is to convert the centralized exchange later into a consortium of exchanges connected via the ESC blockchain.
