Launched in February 2020, BITFRONT is LINE’s global cryptocurrency exchange that trades major tokens and LINE’s blockchain mainnet token, LINK, in USD fiat markets. BITFRONT was previously known as BITBOX, launched in mid-2018.

BITFRONT is operated by LVC USA Inc., a subsidiary of LINE Corporation, a publicly listed internet company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange and Nasdaq. LVC USA Inc. is registered with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (“FinCEN”) and complies with the applicable regulations and guidance.

BITFRONT leverages LINE’s security and consumer product knowledge from building social, finance, and entertainment services in Asia.
